The Vermont Senate Judiciary Committee is taking up S.44, an act relating to requiring legislative approval prior to entering into certain immigration agreements, next week. Chair Hashim has invited VAAP to share subject matter expertise by testifying alongside one of the bill’s sponsors and from legislative counsel, so we estimate that VAAP’s testimony would not begin until around 11/11:15 that morning.
