VAAP joins Immigrant Justice Corps Alumni Panel

Immigrant Justice Corps and the Feerick Center for Social Justice invite IJC alumni and current fellows to IJC's inaugural Alumni Convening at Fordham Law School on Friday, March 21st from 9:30am-5:30pmAlumni are strongly encouraged to attend in person. Active Fellows are welcome to attend to learn and grow with IJC graduates.

Eleven classes of Fellows have created a national network for learning and growth, and IJC invites alumni to gather to reconnect and feel the power of our community in defending immigrants. Keynote, panelists, and the fireside chat will focus on Movement Lawyering, Transitions to Legal Management in an Enforcement Environment, Laken Riley Act Deep Dive & Detained Immigrant Representation Impacts. New York CLE Credits will be available. Registration is free, but there is no availability for reimbursement for in person travel outside of panelists’ travel costs. Coffee, lunch, and happy hour refreshments will be provided. New York CLE Credits will be available. Exclusive in-person registration for alumni will be open until Friday, February 21st.  REGISTER.
