VAAP joins BTV advisory board

Burlington Mayor Emma Mulvaney-Stanek appointed Jill Martin Diaz to the new Community Safety Advisory Board of Vermont’s most populous city. They are honored to join the ranks of leaders from across the local human, health, educational, and safety sectors, as well as leaders from the private sector and business community.

Jill will bring a poverty law lens to their contributions to the board’s four planned workshops and focus on championing upstream investments to protect and advance noncitizen community members’ safety needs.
